What we collect

The forms on this site — "Request talent" for hiring companies and "Join the network" for engineers — ask for your full name, email address, and either your company name or your GitHub/LinkedIn profile, plus any message you choose to include. We do not collect any other personal data through this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry: to follow up on a hiring need or to consider you for a role that fits your stack and seniority. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

How submissions are processed

Form submissions are processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, and delivered by email to contact@minervagate.com. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.

Retention

We keep the information you submit only for as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry, after which it is deleted from our inbox and records.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service. It reports aggregate traffic patterns and does not track individual visitors or collect personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, at any time and free of charge. To exercise these rights, email contact@minervagate.com.
